The health benefits of consuming Fleurieu Milk products starts with the cows themselves. All our supplying farms operate grass fed herds that graze the hills of Myponga, on the picturesque Fleurieu Peninsula.
All farms operate within 5km of the processing factory where the milk is pasteurised and yoghurt produced. Within 24 hours the milk is on shelf ready for consumption. The health benefits of knowing you are consuming fresh, real milk is priceless.
Both our Farm Fresh and Jersey Premium milks are offered in a full cream, unhomogenised variety. Milk is naturally unhomogenised. The cream should rise to the top, however homogenisation is a process that has become the norm with the majority of milk processors today. We’re proud to offer real milk, how it used to taste. Unhomogenised milk is the way nature intended - the more processes it goes through, the more it will be damaged.
Full Cream milk
Due to our full cream milk remaining natural and not going through a process of standardisation the milk has a higher butter fat content than average full cream milk. Whilst this adds to the taste, it also has additional health benefits.
Butter fat has in the past been viewed as a negative in dietary balance. However, recent research shows this isn’t the case and natural fats are good for the human digestive system. Full cream milk is high in calcium and provides a unique package of essential nutrients including: vitamin A, vitamin B12, potassium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, carbohydrate and protein.
The ingredients list in our Iced Coffee is simple; milk, coffee, sugar. That is it, no additives, sweeteners or preservatives.
The unique flavour comes from the creaminess of the milk itself and enables us to minimise the added sugar. The added sugar is 50 % lower than the majority of other Iced Coffees on the market.

Our 125 gram yoghurts are quickly becoming our fastest growing product. They are the perfect portion control size for consumers counting calories, kids’ lunch boxes or a quick snack on the run. The only hard part is stopping at one.
Whilst all our yoghurts are Gluten Free, Low GI and Probiotic, our Natural Yoghurt has an additional health benefit of having no added sugar. It is a product that is quite popular in cooking but has also become a favourite with consumers cautious about sugar intake.
